SiteDine provides an AI-powered website building platform specifically designed for restaurants, cafes, bars, and food service businesses. Our services include:

  • AI-generated restaurant websites with customizable templates
  • QR code-based digital menu and ordering systems
  • Online reservation management
  • Custom domain registration and management
  • Website hosting and maintenance

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through our Service ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Domain Registration

Domain registration through our platform is subject to the terms and conditions of our domain registrar partners. Domain purchases are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and complying with ICANN policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SiteDine and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our templates, designs, and AI-generated content frameworks are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteDine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content generated through our AI systems.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
